Now in his twelveth season at the club, Ryder signed from local football in the summer of 1993 winning the reserve player of the year award in his first season. Made the breakthrough to the first XI at the start of 95/96 season and remained first choice until missing most of the next two season's due to a serious knee injury. Four times First XI Player of the Year winner since then, Ryder also received an award for services to Feltham FC.

Rob joined Feltham midway through November 2002. Had played only one senior (reserve) match before an injury to Colin Ryder thrust him into the limelight against AFC Wimbledon. Not a bad debut a 1-0 away win in front of 2500 people. A very good shot stopper Rob looks an excellent prospect for the future.
